Organization
The Annapolis Landing Homeowners Association (ALHA) has an elected Board of Directors, as well as several committees including its own Architectural, Common Grounds, and Social Committees. All board members volunteer their time to ensure that our community is the best that it can be.
The 2008 Board meetings will be held in the lower level of the Riva Volunteer Fire Department. Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. and typically end at 9:00 p.m. on a date determined by the availabilty of the current board members. When set, the date will be posted on the community website. All community residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The community association has annual dues, payable by April
1st of each year, and is governed based on its published Covenants,
Condition and Restrictions and its By-Laws.
